HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga focuses on the understanding of various yoga poses aka asanas and its relationship with each individual body. If you are new to yoga or keen to refine your understanding towards practicing various asanas, this is the class to attend.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is slow-pace, passive practice that targets the deep connective tissues, fascias, tenons, ligaments and bones. Low floor-base pose are usually held for 3-5 minutes to stimulate and regulate energy flow. During the process, one stays as still as possible to observe his/her inner experience and learn to shift towards a meditative state.

FORREST YOGA

Forrest Yoga is ceremonial yoga style guided by 4 pillars of philosophy: Breath, Strength, Integrity & Spirit. It was created by Ana T. Forrest, a pioneer teacher in modern yoga. Infamous for its intense core-work and long holds, this style in fact guides its practitioner to explore self-healing and spiritual growth. Suitable for practitioner seeking to advance and go beyond asanas.

BREATHWORK & MEDITATION

A guided practice of simple stretches, breathing techniques aka pranayama and meditation. No prior experience required. Open to everyone.
